Guava Lava is a calming strain that brings focus and relaxation to your evening, relaxing the muscles and dulling your aches and pains. It quiets the mind without inducing stress or anxiety, and lets you get things done without boosting your energy levels too much. Perfect for dancing, writing, painting, or anything creative that needs a clear mind. Will help guide you in to sleep, but only after it's worn out your mental energy. Users recommend smoking this at least an hour before you'd like to sleep. It's also a perfect dinnertime smoke, as it increases appetite.

Users say this strain relives anxiety, stress, arthritis pain, chronic pain, and loss of appetite.
